General

When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be unique and kept secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.

Booking

To make a reservation, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Extra mattress will be charged RM 15.00 per person.

Extension of Stay

• Extension of stay would be provided on current rates, subject to availability.
• Current room rates can be both same or different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

Early Check-In (Room is subject to Availability)

• Before 8.00 AM – 100% charges for one day as per room rates of the previous day
• 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM – RM10 / hour will be charged
• Between 12.00 PM to 2.00 PM – Complimentary

Late Check-Out (Room is subject to Availability)

• Between 12.00 PM to 1.00 PM – Complimentary
• Between 1.00 PM to 6.00 PM – RM10 / hour will be charged
• After 6.00 PM – 100% charges for one day payable as room rates on that day

Payment

Payment can be made by FPX Payment (Financial Process Exchange) served by ToyyibPay and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our website from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorised by the owner to use it.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your booking and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or booking from our site.
